All payment transactions on MobileAdvance.com are done through Paypal.

If your credit card is accepted by Paypal, we can accept your payment.

 

Shipping

Standard Shipping

We provide FREE U.S. domestic shipping the 48 contiguous states, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Orders take 1-2 business days to process, with the expected delivery date 5-7 business days later for the continental U.S. You will be notified of your shipping tracking number after your package is sent out.

We may be able to assist with more specific shipment requests (shipping to a hotel or temporary residence within the U.S.) if you communicate with us ahead of your order. You may Facebook message us (fb.com/mobileadvance) or use our Contact form.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping offers 2-3 business day delivery, with no weekend delivery. The option to upgrade to expedited shipping is offered at checkout. The cost is per purchased item. (A laptop that comes with bundled accessories still counts as one purchased item.) 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer International shipping at this time.

 

Returns Policy

 

Returns for refund only accept within 30 calendar days post sales. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, Mobile Advance will refund your purchase price, minus shipping/handling, applicable restocking fees and/or any other charges. Buyers will have to pay the freight charge to ship back the return. Buyers agree to pay 15 percent restocking fee off the price of the products. All product need to be un-open and in brand new packages or will not be accepted. 20 percent restocking fee will apply to any open/used but products in brand new condition, which there's no scratches, marks or blemishes.

Defective Item Replacement Policy

Customer may return any new computer purchased from us that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 30 calendar days post sales.

We reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee (20 percent) based on the condition of the product. Mobile Advance will not accept returns of any desktop or notebook computer more than 30 calendar days post sales. Upon receipt and acceptance of return, Mobile Advance will refund customer purchase price, minus shipping/handling, applicable restocking fees and/or any other charges.

Refund

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
